Alicia M. Socha, ESQ.

Alicia M. Socha, Esq.

Of Counsel, Litigation Attorney

Alicia Socha has over 12 years of accident litigation experience. Her unique inside knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate injury claims is a major advantage for her clients. For the first decade of her career, she litigated cases for some of the largest auto and property insurance companies in Florida, including GEICO, State Farm, Progressive, Farmer’s, and AIG. While working for one of the most prestigious insurance defense firms in Florida, Ms. Socha specialized in evaluating surgical cases and took the depositions of countless orthopedic surgeons. This gave her excellent medical knowledge which she now uses to guide her injured clients. After gaining valuable experience from going to Court as an attorney for billion-dollar companies, she realized she could be a great asset to accident victims in Florida. Since she made the switch to representing injury victims in 2018, Ms. Socha has been 100% devoted to obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients. She concentrates on personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents with cars, trucks, motorcycles, and pedestrians; slip and falls; premises liability; negligent security; construction injuries; and wrongful death. While most personal injury cases settle without having to go to Court, Ms. Socha is well prepared to take a case to trial if necessary. She has handled over a dozen jury trials with success.

Ms. Socha was born in New Jersey and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. Her family emigrated from Poland, and she is the first generation in her family to obtain a professional degree in the United States. Ms. Socha graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Psychology in 2005. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Law School with her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008. Ms. Socha has been a Florida licensed attorney since 2008.

“An injured person seeking justice from a large corporation needs experienced help on their side. I am motivated to fight for justice, closure, and a better future for my clients.”
